William R. Younie - Partner

Preferred Area of Practice: General Practice including Commercial Lending, Foreclosure and Insolvency, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Impaired Driving charges.

Bill has been practicing law since being called to the Bar in 1984. For several years he represented the Federal Justice Department on criminal prosecution matters.

He is a former member of the Kiwanis Club of Duncan and formerly served on the Kiwanis Village Society Board. Bill is also on the Board of Directors of the Lawyer's Assistance Program of British Columbia. His other contributions include serving as President of the Cowichan Bar Association and on the board of the Rossland Library.
