LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a litigation associate with 0-5 years of experience for a general litigation practice, and possibly some solicitor’s work if desired, in Duncan, British Columbia. The position offers lots of opportunity for growth, in a community currently lacking litigators, with mentoring provided by our senior lawyers and support provided by an experienced legal assistant. Duncan has its own courthouse, and our lawyers often attend court in Victoria and Nanaimo which are both readily accessible from Duncan.

We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our community and establish themselves for the long-term. All of our Partners started their legal careers with us and  stayed because of the enjoyable, supportive and collaborative work environment, great clients and experienced staff. Compensation includes salary and bonuses and is commensurate with experience. We have a full benefit plan and free onsite parking in the downtown core.
