Preferred Area of Practice: General Barristers practice including Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Insurance Litigation (including ICBC Claims), Administrative Law, Employment Law and Mediation.

In practice since 1972 in the Cowichan Valley, Glen was made a Queen's Counsel in 1987. He is a well-known member of the B.C. Trial Lawyers Association, and is a Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia.

Glen is very active in the community. He has served as Councillor for the Municipality of North Cowichan since 1987. Glen's other contributions include serving as Chairman of School District #65 (Cowichan), President of the Cowichan Bar Association, Legal Aid Director for the Cowichan Valley, and as an executive member of several Non-profit organizations and societies in the Cowichan Valley. He has also served on the Board of Malaspina College and the Justice Institute of B.C.
